Booking Fees & Refunds Terms & Conditions
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 (business) days of purchase and will be refunded the amount of your order (minus fees) to the account the order was originally paid from. This rule stands only in the event that the course you have booked is not taking place within this time frame after purchase.
If you have paid a booking fee only, the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your course start date.
If you have paid in full and wish to cancel, your course price will be refunded minus the booking fee and any other relating costs with a minimum of 14 (business) days notice before your course start date.
Failure to give the required notice results in forfeiting of full payment.
Once you have access to the online learning portal, refunds will not be issued.
Refunds will not be issued if you do not turn up to your training date(s).
Students are required to attend 100% of training course hours. Lateness or absenteeism is not accepted, students will not be eligible to complete their course for any missed attendance and no refunds will be issued.
Booking fees are not refundable.
Belle Artists Studio & Academy reserves the right to cancel a training course. If the course is cancelled, Belle Artists Studio & Academy will make contact with you or your representative and re-schedule you for a future date.
Belle Artists Studio & Academy reserves the right to change the commencement date for courses subject to availability.
All group training courses are subject to minimum numbers.
Should you fail to pass a course assessment or complete a course for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund in respect of the monies paid for the course. Full coursework Terms and Conditions can be found here.
If a student receives a grant or finance and does not complete the course they are liable to pay FULL course fees. Failure to pay will result in legal action.
It is a condition of all orders/enrollments that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
